1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ck678 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ck678 website located at https://ck678.app, including all games, betting markets, payment services, bonus programs, and customer support functions available therein.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read this document in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 3. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of ck678 services, you must create a registered account. 4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and accounts suspended at ck678's sole discretion.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements are met.
• ck678 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion at any time if fair play concerns are identified.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall apply to that promotion only.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game category available on ck678 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and crash games — is governed by its own set of game rules published on the relevant game or category page. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. ck678 recommends that all players familiarise themselves with game rules before wagering real money.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are subject to standard sportsbook settlement rules. Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed, or declared a no-result after play has commenced, ck678's standard void/settlement policy applies as published in the sports betting rules section.

6.2 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are governed by the rules of those studios. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, ck678's disconnection policy applies: if a round has commenced and a bet has been accepted, the bet will be settled according to the outcome of that round once the stream resumes or the result is confirmed by the studio's system. ck678 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure during live play.

6.3 Slot and RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games use certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available in the game information panel. ck678 does not manipulate RNG outcomes under any circumstances. Malfunction voids all play and returns stakes — this is a standard industry protection that applies to all RNG-based titles on the platform.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using ck678, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

1. Using the platform while under the age of 18, or allowing a minor to access your account.
2. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
3. Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate platform systems in any way.
4. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on ck678.
5. Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or using funds derived from illegal activity to deposit on ck678.
6. Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing errors in the platform to generate illegitimate winnings. Winnings generated through exploitation of known or suspected errors will be voided.
7. Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck678 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
8. Creating or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person in creating an account in violation of these Terms.
9. Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusion periods, through any technical or social means.
10. Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to access ck678 from a restricted jurisdiction or to disguise account activity.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ck678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Confirmed underage account usage.
• Duplicate account creation.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming program.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ck678 support via live chat. Before closing an account, ck678 will confirm the player's identity and ensure that any outstanding balance is returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks having been completed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal). ck678 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying dormant account status. Dormant account balances remain the property of the player and will be returned upon verified request. An administrative fee of ৳50 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period, as permitted under applicable regulations.

8.3 Effect of Closure on Bonuses

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or platform-initiated — any unmet bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited by the player and are not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned subject to the conditions in section 8.1 above.
